Sheila has directed some of my theatrical texts, and I can say she has always carried out her work perfectly. She is a very proactive person with great initiative. She brought many of her own ideas to the productions and even collaborated on other tasks such as production and artistic direction. As a colleague, Sheila always gets involved to the fullest and ensures that the projects she participates in are successfully completed.
